Applies to unbullishable.com and the RankSpark platform at unbullishable.com/seo, operated by Unbullishable (OPC) Private Limited, India.

1. Information we collect

Contact form: your name, email, company and message. RankSpark accounts: your email, a hashed password, login times, the websites (projects) you add and the results of audits and AI jobs you run. Google Search Console: if you connect it, an access token and the search-performance data for your sites. Server logs: IP address and request details, used for security and rate limiting.

Visit statistics: when you view a page here or a section in RankSpark, we record the page, how long you stayed, how far you scrolled, the site that sent you (and any utm campaign tags in the link), your device type, browser, operating system, time zone and language. We don't store your IP address for this. We count visitors with a code made from your network and browser that changes every day, so we can't follow you from one day to the next. If you sign in to RankSpark, that day's visits are linked to your account. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we record nothing.

Marketing emails: only if you tick "Email me SEO tips and product news" when you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

2. How we use it

To reply to enquiries, provide and secure RankSpark, enforce plan limits, see which pages and features are useful, improve our services, and, if you agreed, email you tips and product news. We do not sell personal data.

3. Cookies

This website sets no cookies, and our visit statistics store nothing in your browser. RankSpark stores your login token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in.

4. Data security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as hashes. RankSpark's AI runs on hardware we operate, so site content and Search Console data are not sent to third-party AI APIs. Access to admin functions is limited to Unbullishable.

5. Third-party services

Google Firebase Hosting (website delivery), tunnelto (secure connection to our servers), FormSubmit (contact form email delivery), Google Fonts, and, only if you use those features, Google Search Console and Google PageSpeed Insights.

6. Data retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for our records. Visit statistics are deleted after 180 days. RankSpark data is kept while your account is active; ask us and we will delete your account and its data.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or disconnect Google Search Console at any time.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page with an updated date.
